“This rental met our basic needs. The good news was that it was really clean inside, great water pressure for the shower, & a safe neighborhood. Disappointment was the lack of curb appeal. The backyard and front yards were neglected. Mostly dirt, leaves, & weeds. With beautiful spring weather, we wanted to sit outside and enjoy. Yet, the outdoor space is woefully lacking. Overall, the property was ok. It felt like the property mgmt company only did the basic necessities with little……

“We needed to go to Wichita to take care of some things for my elderly mother in law. However, 3 of our kids families and 7 of our grandkids live in the area as well. Although only a few of the grandkids actually spent the night with us, it was place for all of us to gather, break bread, catch-up and watch some basketball. Alexandra, was a great host and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to renting it again in the future.”

“We were looking for a place for three adults to stay for three nights and were very pleased one we saw this option online. The pictures posted show a very clean tidy setting. It has begun to show constant use, with marks all over the walls, baseboards, etc.. The neighborhood was great.
