“Our one week stay was fantastic. Ray was very responsive and helpful from the onset.From when we made inquiries,checked in and all the way to the last day of check out.The house was clean, appliances functioned effectively.Thought and effort was put into the interior decor. “This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. “This Air B & B is among my favourites. The main floor is the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs is a huge private living space including a living room and a full kitchen (regular sized fridge and stove). Plus laundry facilities next to the kitchen. All these amenities are enclosed in your private space. This is an ideal space with close proximity to the TO Pearson Airport, but some distance from downtown Toronto. Fresh, clean and highly recommended.”

“The owner and I only interacted once at about midnight because i never received the check in code. Most likely due to an error in the booking app. The place mostly cleaned and welcoming. "I like that this place is clean and well maintained, staff are really nice and understands people's need. I would say this place is not really convenient, buses take an hour to get to Mississauga Square one, and Toronto is obviously further, but I was aware of it. More suitable for people with cars."

"The place is convenient to grab foods. I send question before arriving didn't be answered, so you may not get support in time. The shuttle bus is pretty old and hard to recognize, you will need to wait for another 30 mins if you missed it. I found a curve hair at my hand wash sink which I felt uncomfortable. You can enjoy some snacks and drinks during happy hour. The pillow is soft with big bed so you can laid on bed well. There is noise while your neighbors slaping the door or kids running everywhere. I can only say it is good and bad you can try to visit. Anyway it is always full so it's a popular hotel."
