“This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. “We enjoyed our stay - it's in a great neighborhood and our hosts were very quick to reply when we had a question! ”

“Apartment was great and rooms were nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable and appliances in the home were clean and easy to use. Advertised spa area was a bit smaller than expected. Thermostat is not located in the apartment and you must contact owner to adjust the temperature. A little more cobwebs than expected even though it was a basement apartment. ”

“This Air B & B is among my favourites. The main floor is the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs is a huge private living space including a living room and a full kitchen (regular sized fridge and stove). Plus laundry facilities next to the kitchen. All these amenities are enclosed in your private space. This is an ideal space with close proximity to the TO Pearson Airport, but some distance from downtown Toronto. Fresh, clean and highly recommended.”

"I like that this place is clean and well maintained, staff are really nice and understands people's need. I would say this place is not really convenient, buses take an hour to get to Mississauga Square one, and Toronto is obviously further, but I was aware of it. More suitable for people with cars."

"The place is convenient to grab foods. I send question before arriving didn't be answered, so you may not get support in time. The shuttle bus is pretty old and hard to recognize, you will need to wait for another 30 mins if you missed it. I found a curve hair at my hand wash sink which I felt uncomfortable. You can enjoy some snacks and drinks during happy hour. The pillow is soft with big bed so you can laid on bed well. There is noise while your neighbors slaping the door or kids running everywhere. I can only say it is good and bad you can try to visit. Anyway it is always full so it's a popular hotel."
