“I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional five-star service at KK Sapa Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated.

“This was the best place I stayed in Sapa. I felt really safe and the bed was really comfortable. Eric was super nice I he could help with everything you need and was also available all the time. The only bad thing was is was a bit lound from the hallway, but I will slept very well. If you want something safe, easy and relatively cheap I would definitely book it. ”

“Do read the other reviews rather than going by average rating... Our main complaint is why is it so noisy? The front door of the room was completely un-soundproofed, and the hotel plays some kind of loud announcement at 0600-0630am ish, apparently every day? Why??
But actually, we had a good night's sleep. The room is very attractively decorated.”

“The hotel is very close to the city centre. You just need a few minutes walk. The room is spacious enough with a nice balcony. The breakfast was nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book the bus ticket to Hanoi with a discounted price. The only thing to critise is that there's some smell in the washroom. But it's acceptable. You really can't ask for more with this price.”

"We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again."

On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated.
The hotel also has a gym and a pool, and despite the cold winter in Sapa, the indoor temperature remained very warm. One of the best touches was that we could still shower on the pool floor after checking out, perfect for freshening up after hiking. The hotel is impeccable in both hardware and service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!"
