“This property was so convenient to get to, beautiful views, and a lovely interior! We were blown away at all the extras that were given: coffee, creamer, popcorn, soap, shampoo, lotion, and much more! The beds were big and comfortable. The sunroom overlooking the river was my favorite!”

“The house was beautiful and in the perfect location. It was walking distance to everything. Host was quick to respond when we had questions and checking into the house was super easy. We went for my sisters bachelorette party and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. We are already planning a trip back and cannot wait to stay here again. ”

“The property was perfect for our holiday getaway.”

“This property was a great location for our plans for the weekend. We had a few issues due to the listing being incorrect or misleading. The biggest issue was that the listing says there are 3 bathrooms in multiple places on the listing. It definitely only has 2. Since it sleeps 12, that felt very much like a bait and switch. We made it work but would have been much more comfortable with the 3 bathrooms we were promised. We were pleased though with the amount of towels and things we needed in……

“Our family had the best time staying in the Yellow Rose! We loved the restored character and mansion feel. There's room for everyone, 2 pianos, lots of board games, a Wii, and a projector for movies. The kitchen was fitted with modern appliances and the tankless water heater means we never ran out of hot water. Comfortable beds too. The game room upstairs was our favorite spot. Carrie is always a pleasure to talk to and she did a great job communicating. Also her tips for places to go were……

“We rented this property for a "girl cousins" trip this weekend - a chance for the six of us to get together, play games, chat and visit the bars and restaurants in Grafton.
