The layout worked well that my sister "owned" the lower floor and I "owned" the upper bedroom with the TV. We each had our own bathrooms and privacy. “It was as advertised. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. The location is on a busy street but we live near a busy road so it was no issue. The only restroom is on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor so you had to be careful on the steps in the middle of the night but it was well lit with motion lights. Would definitely stay there again. ”
