“House is in a great location and has been moderately updated but the age of the home shows. There is only one thermostat in the master bedroom and the rest of the house has a hard time staying warm. We had a water line freeze and burst, so we didn’t have water for 1/2 a day but the Minnestay personnel responded immediately and professionally and the problem was fixed within a few hours. I would rate Minnestay customer service a 5/5, condition/quality of home is the only reason for 4/5. ”

We really loved having the enclosed front porch as it provided a place for our kids to play. The bedrooms were comfy and cozy. There were just enough bathrooms for our party of 3 adults and 3 children ages 6, 3, 1. The dispensers of soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were a pleasant surprise.……
