We were a group of 6 cousins and spouses and each of us have several locations to hang out quietly, engage in conversation with another party or, get together for group discussions. The home is spotless and the host/Lee provides many extras. Lee always responds on a timely basis and goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your time there”

“We found this place to fit our family's needs very well. The home was clean and very welcoming. We have many family members living in nearby towns which made it easy for us to see them often. We really loved having the enclosed front porch as it provided a place for our kids to play. The bedrooms were comfy and cozy. There were just enough bathrooms for our party of 3 adults and 3 children ages 6, 3, 1. The dispensers of soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were a pleasant surprise.……

“This place offers the bare minimum to guests and feels depressing. It technically has all the things it says, but the air conditioning is on the porch and not the bedroom or main area of the house, the kitchen exists but isn’t stocked enough to cook in, and the kayaks are there but you have to walk through 10 feet of mud to get in the lake. It’s on a main road and is loud. It’s not peaceful, so we complained about all of these things and left after one hour. It was worth going to a better place……

“House is in a great location and has been moderately updated but the age of the home shows. There is only one thermostat in the master bedroom and the rest of the house has a hard time staying warm. We had a water line freeze and burst, so we didn’t have water for 1/2 a day but the Minnestay personnel responded immediately and professionally and the problem was fixed within a few hours. I would rate Minnestay customer service a 5/5, condition/quality of home is the only reason for 4/5. ”

“Owner dropped and picked up and was very communicative and responsive. Camper was not the most clean and there was dog hair, but probably what you’d expect in a camper. ”
