“The house is darling! Loved the kitchen and living room areas and having a fenced yard for our dog was a real help. The neighborhood is quiet and a very easy walk to Bidwell Park. Walking distance to a good restaurant for breakfast too!! It was wonderful.”

“Cute and quaint cabin that’s far enough away from the city to hear the river along with frogs at night; but close enough that if you forgot something in town it’s a scenic 20 min drive to go get whatever you need. Bedding was fantastic, felt like we were in a 5 star hotel alongside the Couple Jet Tub. Lovely property that you can walk around during the day if you wanna stay in but still explore. Can’t wait to book our next vacation in the summer so we can enjoy all the river has to offer! ”

“This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home a once again , found that the house was perfect for our multi-generation family. There was plenty of room for everyone and places for separate activities when desired. The kitchen is large and extremely well stocked, able to accommodate many cooks and helpers. A bonus was the heated pool. It was used daily, even during extensive downpours of rain!”

“Stayed here with my mother in law and three daughters. It was plenty of room for us and was clean. The beds are very comfortable. We were happy to find a Brita in the fridge, so there is filtered water. Kitchen towels and potholders would be a great addition!:)”

“We used this house as our home base for the 2024 Chico State Parent weekend. We were up visiting our Freshman daughter. It was an excellent location and was perfect for the occasion. Great communication from the host and just a great overall experience. Would recommend for families looking for a similar type of visit to Chico!”

“Small problems, baggage stand was broken, deck between houses uneven. Dangerous for elderly. There was a crack in window of downstairs bedroom. But we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. ”
