“What a gem! Such a cute, mid century vibe close to downtown and CSU Chico! We appreciated finding a dog friendly home to bring our pup along. Clean with attention to details (doggie bowls, AC on prior to arrival, ice ready in freezer and keurig machine for the morning were some of our favorite touches). “We had a wonderful, multifamily stay in this well appointed house. The kitchen was large and super well outfitted with glassware, china, Cookware, utensils; you name, it was all there! The pool and hot tub were well used and enjoyed by everyone. The outdoor seating area was beautiful in the morning, by the lagoon with birds chirping in the background.
