“This is our third stay at this beautiful property. The rooms are super clean, bed is very comfortable and each room has noticeable decorative touches; like the pretty floral dish towels. “The location was easy to find using Google maps. Sharon was lovely. She met me when I arrived. She helped me carry in my many bags. She showed me where everything was and how to use it. The loft is probably great for someone in good shape but I knew that going in. It was just me and my dog so we slept on the pull out couch. I assumed correctly the water was from a well so I brought some bottled water to drink. It is drinkable but has a well water taste. The cottage is heated through geo-thermal……

“It was a great stay! Nice that they had the booster seat to use! It was very clean. I would recommend to others!”

“Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food.”

“We had an issue checking in but the owner, Jon was promptly responsive and helped us through everything and resolved our issue! The property was amazing and the backyard was gorgeous and very peaceful. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus and we loved the bathroom. Amazing place to stay for a few days!”

“Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great……

“Host did an excellent job, however one of the bedroom main lights doesnt work and the fan wobbled(was afraid to it to max speed)”

“There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. (All the calls……

“The cottage was nice with a comfortable bed. The view of the river was beautiful! The location is very close to downtown but it was not really safe to walk as there is no sidewalk and the road is quite busy. Overall it was a nice stay. ”
