“Being our second stay in the property, we expected another high quality experience and were not disappointed. The house was perfectly appointed for our requirements. A great location for our family, and close to supermarkets/The Base shopping. A couple of minor issues with the alarm code and missing cutlery were quickly resolved. “Excellent house and location, attention to detail was obvious, all our needs were met. Parking instructions need to be strictly adhered to, driveway is shared and neighbour police's with photo evidence so park as close to the garage doors as you can. There is no air conditioning but many ceiling and proximity fans.”

“This is a very modern sleek townhouse. The parking is difficult unless you have a very small car. We did have on street parking which worked for the size of the van we had. The street however was very busy and could be difficult to get in and out of. The living space was wonderful. I didn't realize it was not right downtown in the are of tourism. It did have many convenient take aways and stores close by. Wilson was great to communicate with. Kitchen was minimally stocked. Worked for the time……

“The property was lovely, very private and clean with lots of unexpected bonuses such as a television with Netflix, food in the fridge, games, books, and shampoo and conditioner to use. The host was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, giving us recommendations for local sightseeing. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Waikato region!!”
