“Loved this property, would rank one of top 3 VRBO’s have stayed in ever!Clean, convenient…moments to downtown Defiance, retail stores, and restaurants. Can’t say enough good about The Aviator’s Lounge…atmosphere great, from large screen TV’s to the wonderful Maytag Washer-Dryer. Awesome kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom (shower plenty of pressure)!Bottom line our new Defiance go to when visiting! Loved it!”

“We were in Ohio to visit family and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This place was perfectly tucked away in a nice area, beautifully decorated and was a great choice for us. Only recommendation is to have better cleaning prior to stays. Some areas such as the fridge were not cleaned although most of the unit was clean. May be helpful to add more towels for multiple guests, and have hand soap in the bathroom. Other than those small things, awesome place!!”

“I want to start by saying that i have given ample time for the owner to get back with me about partial refund for my stay. The listing atates that it is a 3 br 1 bath home this is inaccurate. It is a 2 br 1.5 bath duplex.When we arived the water smelled horrible. It was a very strong sulfer smell like rotten eggs. I contacted her right away.this took 5 days to fix. In the mean time were were buying bottled water to brush our teeth and showering at family house. The internet went out on day two……

“We couldnt get in or get ahold of owner at check in time, so we couldnt cancel before check in time. Home is in a bad neighborhood. Kitchen cabinets full of junk and pans etc were nasty. Fridge was dirty and mildew in freezer. Bedroom1 pillows were brown and old. Bedroom 2 there was saw dust all over the bed and there was either mold, or bug feces onbox springs. Bedroom 3 had no sheets on the bedand stains all over pillows. There was no heat coming into any of the bedrooms. There was snow and……
