“We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was cozy and perfect for our family of 4. It would also be perfect for larger groups with all of the beds upstairs. It was a great location and absolutely beautiful! The house had everything we needed and it was such an easy check in and check out process, and the cabin was ready early! The grounds were well kept and gorgeous. We will definitely be back!!”

“We were looking for great location to snowmobile out of Caribou and this property filled that bill. Groomed access trail to the system was well maintained. The cabin worked out very well. We had just 5 people but it can easily handle more. Very comfortable an well appointed, plenty of parking for big trailers, and great communication with the property manager. Thank you!”

“Property neat and clean, toiletries were provided, towels and full kitchen with microwave. Coffee maker did both k cup and or drip coffee. Phil was excellent host and highly recommend him. We were snowmobiling and the clubs did an excellent job with minimal snow. Great riding over 90% of the time.”
