“What an amazing stay, this place is a little slice of heaven. Whether it's relaxing on the property around the fire, or out on the dock, you'll love this place. They have the house stocked with basically anything you could need and take very good care of it as well. Hope to come back! ”

“I lost my phone and my host brandon never returned my wifes calls or messages. Luckily i remembered i have gmail on my phone, or i never wouldve got in. Also the driveway had 2 feet of snow in it, and there is nowhere to turn a snowmobile hauling rig around.”

“Arrived late at night, they have lights down the path that are motion activated which was a great touch. Very cute and clean cabin to stay in, I would recommend staying here. I’d rate it 10 stars if I could! ”

“Our accommodations were quaint, cozy, and comfortable. Kudos to the owner for thinking of everything we would need on hand during our stay. Only a couple of issues - the ad mentioned central air. It was a window unit. No big deal as it cooled down the cabin quickly and considerably. The other thing is distance from stores and other towns. We had to drive a lot, but it was my choice to pick where we stayed. All in all, it was fun. Felt a little sad when we left.”

“Overall, this property was perfect for our stay in NE Michigan. Close to everything yet quiet. The river is beautiful, the neighbors are friendly and the cabin has everything you need to enjoy life in NE Michigan. We kayaked the river, had a nice bonfire overlooking the property, sat on the porch and watched the sunset. Breakfast On the blackstone while drinking coffee and soaking in the views was pleasant. Can’t wait to come back, ”

“Such a beautiful view!! Very nice cabin and so clean!!”

“We rented this property based on its location to the area that we’ve been hunting white tailed deer for over 40 years and we a short commute to the woods. What we were pleasantly surprised by was how responsive our host was to any question or need we had. The house was clean and very comfortable, we all the essentials needed for cooking our meals.”

“No issues, private and quiet. Inside and out was like new, host has done an excellent job providing a nice property to rent. We ran to the Chateau, The Duck and Mulligans for food and the Brewery for a beer on the rooftop and breakfast at the cabin. Bought firewood down from the Chateau and enjoyed a fire each night. Rode the Black mountain atv trails and did around a 100 mile trip. Color in full swing and warm temps. Hit the campground boat launch to watch the sunsets and the Supermoon our……

“We stayed here 2 years ago and enjoyed everything about it. The location, property, the house, were everything and more that we hoped for. We enjoyed our stay this time just as much, if not more. We appreciated the upgrades that were made, from the bigger TV and new refrigerator, to the wooden swing out front. We would definitely stay here again.”
