“Absolutely beautiful, clean cottage! It was a perfect getaway for me and my husband. Our 2 night stay wasn't long enough! We loved how close the beach was, and how we could see the water from the bonfire pit and the house. You get to enjoy a beautiful sunrise and sunset and stargazing on the beach on the clear nights. It's amazing how many stars you can see. We didn't get to see any freighters the few days we were there, but on the last foggy morning we could hear the fog horns blow as they went……

“Beautiful house! Close to Black River Marina boat launch. (Marina is closed.) First time on Black Lake, the periphery of the lake is a little more shallow than neighboring lakes, but once we got used to that we fell in love with it. Calm, quiet, good for fishing, big enough for tubing & skiing. Can’t wait to come back!!”

“NettieBay was a great getaway moment after the summer season concluded. No one else around except for our hosts--our hosts gave us a nice warm greeting upon our arrival and their communication was awesome. The evenings were silent and best of all, no Wi-Fi!
