“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. “We were on a family trip with three children. We stayed in the serendipity cottage. The children really appreciated the games that were available. The entire cottage was beautifully decorated very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and gadgets you need. Two bathrooms is a lifesaver with a family! The location is so nice! It's close to everything and not right in the middle of all the business. We receive multiple communications from the owners checking in on this and……

“Fantastic location!!! Takes you 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Close driving distance to great towns like Seaside and Astoria! We recommend checking out the Indian costal trail abiut 20 minutes out, spectacular views, about 4 miles there and back. You should also check out the Cathedral trail and Column in Astoria where you can throw a wooden plane off a tower! We also recommend going to the Sandtrap bar thats another 2 minute walk from the property and Grandmas Corner for a good hearty……

“The best vacation ever!! Very close to the beach- We walked on the beach almost everyday. Breathtaking views from all the windows, especially the main window. Town was a short walk away. Beach towels and all you could need to cook were provided. You can't tell from the pictures but there is a TV there probably 42 inches.The rocking chair was my favorite to sit in, very comfortable. Only pro was the sofa bed was broken, however there was sleeping pads under the twin beds and that worked just fine……

“We’ve now stayed at this property twice and will continue for our annual Doggy Vacation (we bring our pup here every year…she LOVES the beach!). It’s clean, the perfect size and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. We love that it’s outside the main town; just a short, beautiful walk through the dunes and you’re at the beach…where most often, you have it to yourselves. No crowds, peaceful and wonderful!”

“Washer dryer on site would be helpful. Couldn’t check in till after 4:00 pm. House cleaning visited twice and a phone call from manager between 11:00-11:15 to remind us if we understood 11:00 checkout time. Door code to get in upon arrival didn’t work, had to go to front desk to figure out. No one answered the phone. Pool was busted but they gave voucher to local community center pool down the road. ”
