“Quiet, self guided place. There is no host to make the place feel personalized but the quality of the stay seems to have improved from previous stays by other guests. Just a few blocks from the beach this group of cottages are off the main drag enough that most things passing by are pedestrians. Parking was convenient and the neighborhood is very quiet. The space was small but as advertised. Clean: Floors, sheets, dishes. The shower stayed warm after a bit and the water out of the faucet is……

“Really lean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location, a very short walk to a an excellent restaurant (Osprey Cafe) and a market that is open late. Really appreciated the quiet backyard and the beach toys provided! ”

“Excellent Cottage! It is literally right across the street from the beach access trail. it leads down a slightly steep hill to the private beach! Has all the amenities, just not Keurig. 5 min drive or 20 min walk to downtown. We had a great time! ”

“The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was one of the best parts! I have young children and the walk was much shorter than many beach houses that claim close beach access in their listings. This stretch of the beach is a little south of the busier part of town. This made for cleaner sand and it seemed less busy which was nice. The outdoor space is fenced in with a nice deck, chairs which was nice for visits, reading and letting the kids play. The……

“Front door on the promenade, where we could watch people walk past, sitting by the gas fire "table" ...with front door access for our dog, when duty called. Gated front yard too. Easy 5 min. walk to turn about, a little further to aquarium, and back to Broadway for kids fun time and shopping. Did not pay attention to "vintage" description of house but it was the cutest ol' house in between the taller rental structures. Felt special in this 1904 cottage compared to the more modern high rises.”
