“Tony was outstanding in communication and support for anything needed to make our stay just right. The condo is kept up very well, with bath towels, linens, beach accessories, and electronics. When looking at Villa Capriani as a destination, check the status of hot tubs, pools, and elevators. You don’t want to arrive expecting everything to be open, to find it is not or not working. ”

“We had 4 adult couples and this place was perfect with everyone having their own private bathroom and a handy half bath located just off the kitchen. The multi level decks were wonderful! We enjoyed the top deck when we wanted sun and when it was time for a cool down we enjoyed the lower level deck where we could still see the ocean! It was wonderful having the beds ready for us when we got there and a wonderful bonus that toiletries and towels were provided! We hope to return again, TopSail……

“Ed was a great host that communicated very well and provided all info needed. The place is in a perfect spot, situated squarely between the beach and the inlet and can walk to both very easily/quickly. The community pool worked out great as well. The kids are already asking to go back and find more shark teeth!”

“The kitchen was stalked with all of the equipment we required for our stay. All appliances were in working order. We did not care for the television features, there was no cable and the TV features were all streaming. The living room furniture was dated and not very comfortable. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress & springs were on an old waterbed frame which was difficult to get into because of the height. It was very close to our children and grandchildren as well as……

“This retreat was truly amzing and more than what we could've asked for. The location was great, quiet for sure. The deck ofthe bedroom was beautiful. The toys for our 5 year old made packing much easier. And pet friendly was an understatement because there were bowls and treats ready to go for her. We all agreed the beds were so comfortable as well. We hope yo stay again soon!!”
