“Wonderful property. Close to downtown Wilmington Riverwalk, shops and only 10 mins to Wrightsville beach. In a great neighborhood and quiet. Kitchen is amazingly stocked with a wide array of appliances and dishes. Would highly recommend for small families that want to be close to the beach but without all the noise and partying in the evening. ”

“Centrally located in Wilmington with easy access to downtown and the beaches. Nice modest property with large yard. Also owner has bikes and boogie boards available for use. Great communication from the start and was able to accommodate changes in our travel times. ”

“We had a great week at the property. Even with 29 people it was spacious enough for all. Access to the beach was nice, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit. The upstairs fridge was having a hard time making enough ice, but we bought extra. The one negative comment is for the outdoor grill, it was disgusting. Spent an hour scraping oyster shells and an inch layer of grease and other gunk off the bottom pan and grill racks. It took everyone awhile to get used to all the rooms, and we couldn't……

“I would have never left if it was an option. This place was simply outstanding! We were wanting something that could keep children and adults occupied while having space to spread out and never having to get in the car. This home did exactly that!!!! We could walk to the beach with ease, the store in less then 15 minutes including the pier and a handful of quaint shops. It has literally everything by you need to prepare any meal or snack, games to keep the laughs going, huge tvs to catch a game……
