“Beautiful, spacious house with fabulous kitchen and primary bathroom. Location was perfect to explore historic downtown and riverfront. Well stocked with all kitchen ammenities , lots of high quality towels, tp, linens. Great smart tv in living room. Would only have been better with 2 things...need a smart tv in primary bedroom...would have brought a laptop if i knew there was only downstairs tv. Also please add thermostat instructions for guests. It was not intuitive at all...took 2 days and 2……

“We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this property. The photos did not truly show the beauty of the property. The patio and rose bushes are stunning. I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning and we ate dinnner on the patio most evenings. Little things made this stay special. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes as well as blankets and pillows. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to places to eat or even have food delivered. Heather was an attentive host. “Nice house with plenty of room. Great location directly on beach! Nice large oceanfront deck. Cooking pans need upgrading as they are very worn. Rugs need cleaning throughout house. Not bad just well used. ”
