“We had such a fun time staying in the heart of Wilmington. The house was perfect for 3 girls- we each had our own bedroom. The living room was cozy for late night chatting! We walked to dinner and/or brunch to enjoy the vibe of downtown. And only had a 20min drive to the beach! Much thanks to the hostess!”

“The house was perfect for our needs and well appointed. Loved the huge tvs, coffee bar, and comfy beds!The back yard was beautiful; I hate we didn’t have the time to enjoy it more. The location is so convenient to everything. ”

“Great location ... everything downtown is within walking distance...Riverwalk, shops, awesome restaurants and rooftop bars!The efficiency was great for the two of us. Be aware that there are stairs to navigate to get up to the rental units and then again within the unit (bedroom and bathroom are on different levels within the unit) This wasn't an issue for us but might be for some renters. We would stay here again when we visit Wilmington in the future.”

“We keep our boat in surf city and depending on the weather make last minute decisions to stay the weekend and take the boat out. This property was reasonably price for being on the island. It was clean, the AC worked and it worked perfectly for us. Will stay again!”
