“The house worked perfectly for our family and extended family. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, and it is close to UNCW if that is what you want. Everything was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. We will rent this place again as we head to Wilmington often to visit family. ”

The location is on the corner at a traffic light so although it allows events parking is very minimal. It is very spacious with plenty of restrooms and toliet paper, soaps etc.”

“The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the views are amazing! You are right on the sound and across the street from the beach. Walking distance to local shops, bars, and grocery store. We used our car maybe once and that was to go into Wilmington. The owner was easy to communicate with and our stay was perfect thanks to him. We can’t wait to rent this home again in the future. Only tid bit is that the height for parking is a little low so if you have jacked up SUV’s you’d only be……
