“Ocean front condo sooo close to beach. Listen to the waves crash and watch the pelicans dive like needles to catch their fish. We also saw dolphins (large) swimming by a few different times. Very comfortable small condo in an older building at North end of CB. There are boulders to protect sand erosion but not a problem for us. It is a more quiet location away from the crowds. Great place to really enjoy the ocean and have a relaxing vacation.”

“My wife spent the first day picking up dead roaches and killing other ones. Not what we were expecting for the cost. I is apparent that they are spraying. But May need to be done more frequently and make sure housekeeping picks up the dead ones prior to checking in.”

“Nicely updated home. Snacks, drinks, toiletries towels and linens provided. Two separate units in one. Loved the dog beds and bowls. Swings under deck are a nice touch. The beach chairs were also great. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again. The only thing that would make it better was a fenced back yard, closer to the beach, golf cart provided and a pool. Loved it!”

“Wonderful property and location! We booked for the holidays. Kitchen had all supplies needed to host a family Thanksgiving. Area was very quiet, location of property had easy access to all things. Elevator is a huge plus. Beds very comfortable. Management team was fast and responsive to needs during stay. Would book again. ”
