“This property was perfect! It was within walking distance of two beach access points and the BHI Club. The villa was well stocked with everything that you could need in a home away from home. Plenty of bikes and beach accessories to accommodate my entire family. The interior of the villa was very warm and inviting, clearly a new renovation. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Kuddos to Brooke Tripp for taking care of all of our needs and making sure we had a wonderful time. ……

“Villa is in a great location to the beach and BHI club. Plenty of room for 2 adults and teenagers to spread out. The outdoor space was great too. Edie and Katie helpful and easy to work with on the booking and communication during our stay. Definitely recommend villa 40. ”

“Nicely updated home. Snacks, drinks, toiletries towels and linens provided. Two separate units in one. Loved the dog beds and bowls. Swings under deck are a nice touch. The beach chairs were also great. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again. The only thing that would make it better was a fenced back yard, closer to the beach, golf cart provided and a pool. Loved it!”

“My wife spent the first day picking up dead roaches and killing other ones. Not what we were expecting for the cost. I is apparent that they are spraying. But May need to be done more frequently and make sure housekeeping picks up the dead ones prior to checking in.”

“Wonderful property and location! We booked for the holidays. Kitchen had all supplies needed to host a family Thanksgiving. Area was very quiet, location of property had easy access to all things. Elevator is a huge plus. Beds very comfortable. Management team was fast and responsive to needs during stay. Would book again. ”

“Ocean front condo sooo close to beach. Listen to the waves crash and watch the pelicans dive like needles to catch their fish. We also saw dolphins (large) swimming by a few different times. Very comfortable small condo in an older building at North end of CB. There are boulders to protect sand erosion but not a problem for us. It is a more quiet location away from the crowds. Great place to really enjoy the ocean and have a relaxing vacation.”

“Place was as roomy as advertised and comfortably fit 5 couples. It’s very vertical with lots of stairs. The elevator is a bit dinky and mostly useful for packing and unpacking but it’s really great for that. The beds were not made when we got there which annoyed everyone. The view is indeed beautiful. The place was overall great, and accommodated our friends trip really well.”
