“Quiet, nice neighborhood. Three minute walk to the beach. The hosts were responsive. Cleanliness wasn’t top tier, but it wasn’t unhygienic. The location and price make this a five star choice for the area. Their staff was communicative. Appliances are working. Shower is tight but that hot water is fiiine. It’s a ground floor unit in a beach area so you will encounter bugs, maybe even a roach. I saw two bugs, but neither of them were primary disease carries. Just wash your dishes and you’ll be……

“We needed a break from work, school, and caring for an aging parent, and ice and snow. Being in the sun, near the ocean, with the azaleas, wisteria and cherries in bloom was lovely. Wished we could have stayed longer. It was a nice escape. Having access to a kitchen was a cost saver as we could heat up leftovers and toast bagels for breakfast. “This condo is just as it is pictured. The view is wonderful and the location is great for exploring the downtown area. Watching the sun set on the veranda over looking the river was a real treat. The condo was very clean, well appointed and very quiet for sleeping. Having a parking pass for the lot next to the building is a major plus in this downtown location.”

“Location is perfect. Just one block from the beach. I stayed alone and a friend visited during the day to join me at the beach. Parking was perfect. Lots of steps to get to third floor but that helped me get my steps in for the day. Owner communication was awesome!!! Looking forward to staying again. ”

“We picked this property because we were vendors at a local park a mile away and wanted to stay somewhere convenient close by. We had great communication with the owner/property manager. The door lock was a little hard to figure out at first, but after a few times we figured it out. We had everything we needed for our trip. One suggestion, is to have a sturdy step stool to be able to reach the cups and plates on a top shelf, lucky my husband is tall. We enjoyed the patio and the view of the US……
