The first would be to document in greater detail the miner style stairs that are required to navigate to get to the loft bedroom. If you have a leg or back issue or senior you may not be able to navigate those steps safely. In addition if you had a few too many you will most likely be sleeping on the couch. “The family enjoyed our stay. This is our 2nd time staying on the cottage house. It is convenient if you have little children as the beach is right in front of the house. There is a new swing on the back and the kids loved it. It is also now fenced in so it made the place more safe. We would definitely come back again.”

“We had a very short (2-night) stay. Place is cute, furniture was comfortable. 2 tiny bathrooms, to close door off main bedroom had to push down handle once door was pulled closed. Nice view of dunes and water, easy access to beach (not visible due to dunes). I have rented a lot of places. This place is quite small, so family or close friends would probably work. We could not find any wine glasses, but there was a coffee pot and filters. ”
