“This beach house was huge! There was lots of room for everyone to spread out. The basketball and foosball were great for the boys. We loved that the two queen rooms went out to the hot tub. There are 4 full showers! They also provide shower towels and beach towels. The two washers and dryers were great to keep up with the towels. The top floor is stunning. Beautiful views and desk. The huge table was great for a big family dinner. You can’t beat the location. It’s a short walk to get a coffee,……

“Lovely space that was just the right size with plenty of "like home" amenities. So great to find a reasonably priced space that could fit all of my nieces and nephews - this was their first beach trip and "Parrotise" made it all the better. We'll be back!”

“This property is EXACTLY as described. Fully stocked, perfect backyard paradise, beautifully appointed, kid and tween approved, and right across the street and a short walk down to the beach access (#24). This part of the beach was not crowded even on a perfect weather, long weekend. There is no public lot at this access which I believe helped. The beach is the perfect width, has powdery sand, and clear blue water. The owners were VERY responsive and helpful. The house is conveniently located to……

“We are local but had family coming from out of town so this was a perfect spot for everyone! The layout of the home offers great views, and there was plenty of space so we didn’t feel on top of each other. We had games and a fully stocked kitchen (and working grill) for meals, and was walking distance to a few fun spots. With the beach right outside the door and plenty of chairs, towels, and accessories it was exactly what we needed! Max was super, very responsive, and start to finish process……

“Our group had a wonderful time catching up and relaxing after many years of being apart. There wasn’t very good cell service in the house, which resulted in missing messages from the home owner. There was an issue with us having 9 cars when there apparently were to be no more that 5. We were all parked on the property and out of the road, but it sounds like the neighbors were not happy about it. We were very respectful and quiet and felt a little bit uncomfortable feeling like we were being……
