“Very comfortable and clean upstairs unit. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach access is directly across the street. You will need a car to get to the restaurants and activities. We just wanted a quiet, low key get away and that is exactly what we got. We would book again.”

“It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds……

“Perfect place to stay in Surf City! We are a family of 3, and it was a great fit. My daughter loved the cozy bunk beds and the king bed was very clean and comfortable! Views of the ocean and intracoastal. It was so nice to have beach chairs, towels, and some sand toys to bring to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach! Highly recommend! ”

“Seas the Day is the best maintained property I've stayed at in the 20 years we've been renting on Topsail Island. Amazing location with the only traffic issues being the always hectic move in Saturday. The view was great, the beach about 30 yards away and the owner texted me hours after our arrival to assure everything was as promised. He even sent someone to check on an issue the previous tenant had reported (and texted me who was coming , why and at what time). Great location and……
