“I took my kids fpr spring break and we had the best time. We usually stay further south on the island but this was a nice change. Well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. They even had spare chargers, which came in handy! We will be back!”

“Nice size condo, view of ocean, steps to beach, beautiful pool. Over all nice property . Very quiet Master bedroom most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on and very high. Looked like one of those mattresses in a box. That was the only down side. ”

“The location of this property is right on the beach & the view from the master bedroom & from family room is fantastic. The front room's view is very nice as well. it's almost perfectly centered overlooking the canal across the street . Having a laundry room is also a huge bonus. In short, we love Topsail Beach & this place is a great way to fully enjoy it.”

“The condo has a beachy vibe, & comfortably furnished. We had everything we needed. It's a quick, easy walk to the pool & beach, and conveniently located close to a few shops & restaurants.”

“Everything was great - and would have been fine, even if the weather hadn't cooperated. The only glitch is that you can literally put about one piece of clothing into the dryer and actually get it dry. Other than that, it was one of those perfect vacations. Great spot, great accommodations, great time.”

“It's the perfect property for a family of 4 with a doggie-the size, the location, the actual condo itself. It was a great find! The property company was super involved and responsive. The property was very clean. Having rented other properties in NC and FL, this one wins over all of them. It was very helpful to have two bathrooms too. Yes, the Trailer bar is right across the street, but they were done by 11:00 pm plus the music was awesome. Two suggestions for the owner- check the air……
