“This was very convenient for us to visit as a family with our Marine at Camp Lejeune. Convenient access to the beach with beach chairs. Allowed pet dog. “Our first stay in Surf City and the property was well suited for time on the beach, pool, and to explore the island. The condo is far enough from the high traffic areas that noise was not an issue. “The building needs upgrade and the condo needs a lot of attention. Sliding glass doors need replacing, vapor barrier is gone and leaking fluid in between the glass which cannot be wiped clean.
