“Seas the Day is the best maintained property I've stayed at in the 20 years we've been renting on Topsail Island. Amazing location with the only traffic issues being the always hectic move in Saturday. The view was great, the beach about 30 yards away and the owner texted me hours after our arrival to assure everything was as promised. He even sent someone to check on an issue the previous tenant had reported (and texted me who was coming , why and at what time). Great location and……

“Beautiful house and the location was perfect! Pictures in the listing didn't do it justice. Very close to the beach, just a flat easy path and across the street. High quality chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards were provided. The beach is nice and wide compared to North Topsail and a private access to not too busy. The pool, outdoor bar, grill and lovely landscaped backyard was an awesome hangout area when we were done with the beach. Surf City has plenty of food and shops. The kitchen was……

“The house was amazing! There was enough space for everyone and a beautiful view of the ocean. The last morning there we even saw dolphins in the ocean from the balcony! The outdoor shower was super helpful in getting the sand off of everyone before we enetered the house. My mother in law arrived before we did, and could not figure out the door lock. The owner, Ke , was very helpful! He was able to let her in remotely and make sure the lock was reset so we could use it during our stay. The whole……
