“We loved being able to just walk down the stairs to the beach in less then 5 minuets. Having all the beach toys, chairs and cart there to help with more beach fun was amazing too. We hope to go back next year!”

“Wow this Condo was one of the best equipped and cleanest places we have booked-and we travel a lot! There are so many homey touches like throw blankets and a well equipped kitchen. It was a condo but felt private. The bed was very comfortable and the master bedroom was huge! The views are amazing, we saw dolphins almost daily. We have been to OBX many times, Kure, Carolina beach, etc and Topsail is a hidden gem! The beach is amazing, water is just the right amount of action for kids and this……

“Nicely decorated and very clean. Beautiful oceanfront view from balcony. The only negative feedback are the stairs and no linens were provided. We are both over 65 and the 4 flights of stairs were a showstopper for us. Keep in mind you have to climb a flight of stairs just to get to the first floor and we were on the 3rd floor. If you're young and in good shape I highly recommend this property.I also feel that for the high fees VRBO charges, linens should have been provided. ”

“Unobstructed, beach views and steps to the beach. Large deck off of the living room with comfortable chairs for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was not fancy, but it was well stocked.Communication with the rental people was seamless.There are about 15 steps from the parking spot to the front door; FYI.We would definitely stay here again when we return to Topsail Beach.”
