The home was very “kid friendly” and had the perfect layout for kids to play separate from adults. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare all meals. “The location of this property is right on the beach & the view from the master bedroom & from family room is fantastic. The front room's view is very nice as well. it's almost perfectly centered overlooking the canal across the street . Having a laundry room is also a huge bonus. In short, we love Topsail Beach & this place is a great way to fully enjoy it.”

But, several palmetto bugs on our first night and several in our bed on our 4th morning caused us to leave the property with 2 days left on our reservation. Confusing/ambivalent responses from the realty company regarding the palmetto bugs didn't address the issue and wasn't a great feeling.”
