“Had the best time at the beach house. The cottage was as described, very clean and accommodating. You can’t beat the tall oceanfront deck, and the bottom deck was perfect with a gate to allow our dogs to roam freely. The best part is the location and proximity to the beach, making it easy to access and come and go during the day. Beach was quiet and perfect to relax for a few days, and Stacy was over accommodating and quick to respond. We will be returning! ”

“First of all I don’t remember seeing anywhere it said you need 4 wheel drive to get to the property because you do with it being off the black top the sand is thick and you will get stuck #2 Somebody needs to be responsible for taking the trash to the road on the days that the trash man comes because we had a full trashcan from day. One from the previous owner is not taking it to the Front of the house in the sand #3 Something needs to be done about the drain flies coming up through the……

“This property suited our needs well. Beach was just a 3 minute walk away, and we went every day! This is not a regular beach access site, so there is no public parking, but there is also no lifeguard or rip current warnings - make sure to check the surf conditions everyday and watch your kids. Pros: -Outside shower and hose to help keep the sand out of the house -Proximity to beach -Well-working appliances (Washer is TOP load, not front load like the listing says) -Plenty of room for a family……

“Tony was outstanding in communication and support for anything needed to make our stay just right. The condo is kept up very well, with bath towels, linens, beach accessories, and electronics. When looking at Villa Capriani as a destination, check the status of hot tubs, pools, and elevators. You don’t want to arrive expecting everything to be open, to find it is not or not working. ”

“I really liked the house and the decor. The bedrooms and bed itself was amazing. I slept very well at the home! The levels of the home are very well organized and easy to get from one location to another. The king bedroom next to the kids' rooms were a good option for us. The negative aspects of the home were:The outlets in the kitchen were very weirdly arranged. There were no electrical outlets for the toaster or coffee maker on the counter so those items had to be placed on the island where we……

“Heated Pool only open April - October… we stayed at end of March..advertised as amenity and did not see specifics until after booked with no refund. It is 4 condos/quadplex with shared balconies, but still pretty private. Glad we had the place to ourselves. Two walkways, 4 hot tubs, cool gazebo shelter with table and chairs for outside eating. Clean atmosphere inside and out. Beds were comfy (some cushy, some harder)… forgot my own pillow which would have helped tremendously. Air/heat will turn……
