“This place is right on the beach. The best part is that it isn't one of those buildings with three or more floors. It's got one floor for guests that are staying there. It has two bedrooms--one with a king and the other with a large bed and two bunk beds. The A/C works great, the living room is spacious, and the balcony provides a great uninterrupted view of the beach. To get to the beach takes about one or two minutes--the walkway is adjacent to the house. Nice place.”

“The first thing you notice about the house when you walk in is the great clean smell and comfort of the air without the high humidity. The house is a perfect size for my family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All you need for a great stay is provided. There are beach chairs, beach cart, and boogie boards plus 2 coolers. We only used the cart to take our stuff to the bottom of the steps in the morning and to bring it back in the afternoon. The house is located in a low-key area that is not so……

“A property that makes you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to do exactly as we planned…wake up and go to the beach on repeat. Each bedroom faces the beach which is nice. We fit 7 people very comfortably. The host Susan is very responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. She knows what she’s doing. Location was great for adults, older kids wanted more activities but honestly, that’s not what the adults went there for so location to us was perfect. The beach was private and……

“We had a great week at the property. Even with 29 people it was spacious enough for all. Access to the beach was nice, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit. The upstairs fridge was having a hard time making enough ice, but we bought extra. The one negative comment is for the outdoor grill, it was disgusting. Spent an hour scraping oyster shells and an inch layer of grease and other gunk off the bottom pan and grill racks. It took everyone awhile to get used to all the rooms, and we couldn't……
