“We had a wonderful stay at the Jacksonville Ranch. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was clean and well-maintained. We visited the area to see our Marine and appreciated having such a peaceful place to gather as a family. The private hot tub, pool, and pool table provided plenty of fun and relaxation for all of us. The privacy of the property made it feel like a true retreat. “Nice house. Meh neighborhood lots of barking dogs too. Listed as more beds. We were there with our other kids and separate beds would have been nice as advertised. Advertised as 2 baths. There are only 2 full. Condiments were scarce. No S&P, no sugar Would we stay there again? Sure. When we need to visit our Marine. It's nice. But not what's advertised. ”

“This was a perfect, cozy spot for us to spend our baby moon. We were greeted by a beautiful view on the top floor of the beach and spent plenty of time on the outside patio areas taking in the views of the ocean and dolphins daily! We were thrilled with how convenient the location was to beach access (seconds away) which allowed us to freely go back and forth to the house. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels provided which lightened our load with packing, and we often used the outdoor……

“Tony was outstanding in communication and support for anything needed to make our stay just right. The condo is kept up very well, with bath towels, linens, beach accessories, and electronics. When looking at Villa Capriani as a destination, check the status of hot tubs, pools, and elevators. You don’t want to arrive expecting everything to be open, to find it is not or not working. ”
