“We had a great week at the property. Even with 29 people it was spacious enough for all. Access to the beach was nice, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit. The upstairs fridge was having a hard time making enough ice, but we bought extra. The one negative comment is for the outdoor grill, it was disgusting. Spent an hour scraping oyster shells and an inch layer of grease and other gunk off the bottom pan and grill racks. It took everyone awhile to get used to all the rooms, and we couldn't……

“I would have never left if it was an option. This place was simply outstanding! We were wanting something that could keep children and adults occupied while having space to spread out and never having to get in the car. This home did exactly that!!!! We could walk to the beach with ease, the store in less then 15 minutes including the pier and a handful of quaint shops. It has literally everything by you need to prepare any meal or snack, games to keep the laughs going, huge tvs to catch a game……

“Great house! Perfect for our family of 4 & dog. With 5 spacious bedrooms the house easily could have accommodated another full family. Lots of space and every amenity you could possibly need. Watching the sunrise over the ocean from the hot tub was very nice…The location is well in range of all the best restaurants (and of course door dash). We would 100% stay again. Thank you!”

“This home was not at all what the pictures illustrated it to be. It was in poor shape. The floors were unleveled, the tiles were coming out of the floors and the grout was cutting up our feet when walking between the living room and kitchen. The floor in the main level bathroom felt like it was going to fall thru. The walls were patched up and you can see where repairs were done but not done correctly. The recess lighting in the living room looked like it had mold around it or was not installed……

“We felt so spoiled having our own private pool. The kids absolutely loved it, and it was a nice alternative to the beach when it was super hot with and the water was rough. The beach itself was a super easy walk across the street, and even though it was a public access, the beach was wide open with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed walking up and down and keeping an eye out for sea turtle hatchlings. The house itself was comfortable and very well equipped. Lots of puzzles and games the……

“Property is just as described. Really easy access to the beach, or if you just want to stay on the deck and relax. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Host was great to work with when we had any questions and checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay! Highly recommend! ”
