“We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!”

“Everything was exactly the way it was described and pictures were on point. The house was so clean and smelt fresh. Beds were comfortable and all the living room was as well. Perfect location to the marina to put our boat in. And only 10 minutes from a grocery store and restaurants. The host answered any questions we had in a fast manner. No issues checking in. I highly recommend staying! We will definitely be back. ”

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. After a day at the beach the outdoor shower was great! The goal of our weekend away was relaxation and our evenings sitting on the porch were perfect to meet that goal. We’d love to stay here again and plan to in the future! ”
