“We visited Wilmington for a wedding and stayed at this property to be convenient to the wedding location. It was perfect! The property was clean and well-stocked. The property manager was fantastic with communication and if we had needed anything, I am sure she would have taken care of it immediately. We will stay here again when visiting family in the area. ”

This residence offered just what we needed: Large kitchen, plenty of room for family/friends, and it was out in the country. There was was dumpster at the end of the road which came in very handy. Did not have any issues and our host quickly responded to any messages. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It was My husband, me, son, Daughter in law and two grandbabies (ages 2 & 3). My son does not get much time off being in the army, so we were really looking forward to this trip. The unit was beautiful. (it looks exactly like the photos) Short drive to the waterfront, aquarium, beach, Museums and so much more. Not a bad restaurant anywhere. We had a wonderful time!!!”

“The home was well decorated, very clean, and we had a great time. We’re a group of young girls and felt super safe the entire time. It’s a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and a short drive to downtown. The beach is maybe a 20 min drive at most. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!”

“Our family really enjoyed this property. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The only “hiccup” was having to switch to the adjacent unit because the initial one was not ready due to a miscommunication with the cleaning company. However!!! Our host was immediately available and accommodated us with her other unit. To be honest, we liked that one better, so we lucked out!!! The decor was super cozy, quaint, comfortable (especially the sheets and towels), and up……
