“I always wish platforms used scales of 10. This is a solid 9/10, no frills condo. It was exactly what we were expecting and was a good value. We appreciated the adequate kitchen and the washer/dryer. Sleeping spaces were comfortable. The condo was very clean. The main perks are the included parking, the walkability to countless shops and restaurants, and the unique view (love watching the boats pass). It's also nice that the condo is a top floor end unit so we didnt experience any noise issues.……

“This property was just as described. It was ideal for my husband and me ( plus our fur baby). We loved having access to a fenced in space for our pup to explore and the wonderful shade trees were an added bonus. The neighborhood was also quiet and felt very safe. It was great to have a comfortable space to stay during our visit to Wilmington. We would definitely stay here again!”
