“We visited Wilmington for a wedding and stayed at this property to be convenient to the wedding location. It was perfect! The property was clean and well-stocked. The property manager was fantastic with communication and if we had needed anything, I am sure she would have taken care of it immediately. “My eldest daughter was getting married and we wanted to be closer to the venue as we had a lot to set up and food to prep. This residence offered just what we needed: Large kitchen, plenty of room for family/friends, and it was out in the country. There was was dumpster at the end of the road which came in very handy. Did not have any issues and our host quickly responded to any messages. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Matt’s home was absolutely perfect! It was just right with all the amenities we could want. Close to everything including the airport, downtown and breweries in the area. We would highly recommend to those traveling to Wilmington. So many positive comments. Matt was a great host who communicated so well to make our stay a delight. ”

“This property was just as described. It was ideal for my husband and me ( plus our fur baby). We loved having access to a fenced in space for our pup to explore and the wonderful shade trees were an added bonus. The neighborhood was also quiet and felt very safe. It was great to have a comfortable space to stay during our visit to Wilmington. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This place was perfect, close enough to downtown to walk almost anywhere, far enough away that it was SILENT at night. Great amenities throughout, covered parking for the car was a plus. “Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the riverwalk as well as the beach were great. Comfy place with nice amenities. Loved having a kitchen for that fabulous price. Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. Just surprised by it and bummed about how early it started - 7am!!Overall, highly recommend!”
