“My eldest daughter was getting married and we wanted to be closer to the venue as we had a lot to set up and food to prep. This residence offered just what we needed: Large kitchen, plenty of room for family/friends, and it was out in the country. There was was dumpster at the end of the road which came in very handy. Did not have any issues and our host quickly responded to any messages. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Matt’s home was absolutely perfect! It was just right with all the amenities we could want. Close to everything including the airport, downtown and breweries in the area. “This property was just as described. It was ideal for my husband and me ( plus our fur baby). We loved having access to a fenced in space for our pup to explore and the wonderful shade trees were an added bonus. The neighborhood was also quiet and felt very safe. It was great to have a comfortable space to stay during our visit to Wilmington. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the riverwalk as well as the beach were great. Comfy place with nice amenities. Loved having a kitchen for that fabulous price. Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. “We were very content in this house. It suited all of our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. I appreciated all of the information posted around the house regarding directions and rules. That made it easier to enjoy the house. We had a wonderful time! I would say repairs are needed for a realistic idea of the house you are staying in. This didn't bother us at all but I could see it would be a source of contention with other occupants taken aback by the constructional maintenance of the……
