Like the condo Wilmington is the neatest cutest charming city I’ve seen in a long while and we have traveled all over the globe! “We were in town for the Azalea Festival. The High Tide was in a great location for walking to the Riverwalk and a convenient drive to the home and garden tour. The house was comfortable, quiet and well maintained. The air condition was strong and the beds were comfortable. The tub is a clawfoot tub that has been converted to a shower. The shower worked great with good water pressure but if you have elderly with you, that have difficulty stepping high out of the shower without a grab bar, you……

“We were very content in this house. It suited all of our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. I appreciated all of the information posted around the house regarding directions and rules. That made it easier to enjoy the house. We had a wonderful time! I would say repairs are needed for a realistic idea of the house you are staying in. This didn't bother us at all but I could see it would be a source of contention with other occupants taken aback by the constructional maintenance of the……

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the riverwalk as well as the beach were great. Comfy place with nice amenities. Loved having a kitchen for that fabulous price. Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. Just surprised by it and bummed about how early it started - 7am!!Overall, highly recommend!”

Wish the lot on the corner behind the property was being used.We would rent it again, but hope for emailed codes and better parking next time. Luckily we found assistance in a nearby shop.
