“We were in town for a concert at Live Oaks. The walk to that was short, little less than 15 min, and easy with sidewalks, crossing lights and fairly flat. We also enjoyed the access to so many great bars, cafes and restaurants, some only steps away while the heart of downtown is about a 20 min walk. “We were in town for the Azalea Festival. The High Tide was in a great location for walking to the Riverwalk and a convenient drive to the home and garden tour. The house was comfortable, quiet and well maintained. The air condition was strong and the beds were comfortable. The tub is a clawfoot tub that has been converted to a shower. The shower worked great with good water pressure but if you have elderly with you, that have difficulty stepping high out of the shower without a grab bar, you……

“We absolutely loved the aesthetics of this loft. The location cannot be better right on the main strip of downtown Wilmington. The beds were comfortable. Our only complaint is the couch is very low to ground so if you have bad knees avoid sitting there. We loved the swinging chair, but would have felt better if we knew the weight limits of it.”

Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. I could have sat on the deck all day with the light breeze that was blowing off the river. It’s crazy how many restaurants and bars are within a few blocks of this condo.
