While this home isn’t a five-star resort, neither is the price—and for what we paid, it far exceeded our expectations.Built in 1912, the house has plenty of historic charm and was clean, comfortable, and well-situated. “The apartment was very nice, clean and what what we expected from the pictures. We knew ahead of time that we had to park almost 2 blocks away in a parking garage but didn't realize how much of a pain that would be. If you are planning on not using your car and walking everywhere then you'll be fine. We used our car often. It would have been nice if we could have just parked right by the apartment. Upon arrival, even after reading the instructions on how to get in we could not. I had to call the……

“This was a basement unit and had a slight musty smell during the stay. I had made a suggestion about having some type of air freshener or purifier when I was contacted about any issues. Communication seemed to be broken after that suggestion. Overall it was an ok experience. ”

“Everything was as advertised! Clean and quiet and walking distance to the riverfront. Natasha was a great host! The only thing to note is that there is a large staircase to get to the apartment so not ideal for travelers with any problems walking. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.”

“This property is in an awsome location. We parked the car and did not get back in it until the end of our stay. The riverwalk, shops and dining were all wonderful. The area is noisy at night, but knowing that up-front was helpful.”
