“The location and view were awesome. Very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Of course we went on coldest weekend of the year, so we were restricted. I had messaged the host prior but no response. No big deal but the dryer really does not get hot. Our favorite restaurants were next door and now a bar right beside made this a great stay. ”

“When they tell you not to park in the private lot, DO NOT PARK IN SAID LOT. Even when the lot is empty. Even when you’re going upstairs to get a very heavy cooler. Even when you mention being there for just a second for said cooler, to the old men standing by the door. Just DO. NOT. DO. IT. Obviously, this is NOT the host’s fault, but you just need to know the HOA is serious (and not the nicest!)”

“Came to Wilmington to see my son at college for the weekend. Had been in the building before so I was familiar with the layout and access to everything. Good communication with the owner and quick responses. Nice touch with a welcome basket of snacks. Improvements that I believe could be helpful are updated smart TVs and parking pass option in the garage on Grace Street. Also, the listing needs to be updated to say that shampoo, conditioner and soap are no longer provided. Excellent view and……

“The unit is perfect for 2 people - quaint yet nicely updated and plenty of space for 2 people .Fun neighborhood with lots of historic homes.Someone took our designated parking spot for one of our night’s- the host got back to us immediately and gave us another spot- otherwise - it was a great stay.Would definite recommend for 2 people !We enjoyed it ”
