“This historic house is so cute! It's right off of the expressway so easy to get to. It is 2 blocks from the water and downtown area. There is the cutest coffee shop right around the corner. All of the houses in this neighborhood are breathtaking! The porch is so nice to sit on and take it all in! Host was amazing! ”

“The house was lovely and had everything we needed for our family of four. Three tvs and two toilets with room to spread out is great when traveling with kids. We were able to walk to the downtown area with ease. Lots of other area attractions were just a short drive. So many food and beverage options available!! The house itself was comfortable and safe. “Beautiful property, inside & out. Very peaceful & relaxing. The views are amazing. Loved the huge bathtub in the master. Loved everything about this home. Will be back!”

“While the property is listed as new it appears to be a recent flip with moderate upgrades and touch ups. While I would not consider it as new, it’s clean and well maintained and a close safe walk to downtown. Our pets loved the fenced in yard. ”

Our hosts thought of everything: comfortable beds, quality bedding and towels, plentiful kitchen supplies, and an overall beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Great location: short walk to historic Wilmington and a short drive to Wrightsville Beach. We would definitely stay here again!”
