“I always wish platforms used scales of 10. This is a solid 9/10, no frills condo. It was exactly what we were expecting and was a good value. We appreciated the adequate kitchen and the washer/dryer. Sleeping spaces were comfortable. The condo was very clean. The main perks are the included parking, the walkability to countless shops and restaurants, and the unique view (love watching the boats pass). It's also nice that the condo is a top floor end unit so we didnt experience any noise issues.……

“It was great. It’s a nice place to lay your head. Nicely furnished and has everything you need. Having coffee on the deck in the morning looking over the river was wonderful. Great location being able to walk everywhere was really nice. We will definitely be staying there again.”

“Amazing property, in an amazing location. Host responded quickly to any question I had, provided ample information about the neighborhood, and then some. If and when I come back to Wilmington, this will be my go to spot. If you stay, Brooklyn Cafe across the street is a must for donuts. ”

“We loved our stay here! It was even better than we expected. Tastefully decorated and very clean. The deck is a great place to take in the views, the sunsets and for people watching! Aside from the spectacular views, it’s walking distance to great shops and restaurants. A foodie’s paradise! We will definitely be back! The neighborhood is definitely urban, yet still quaint. The only negative is the business below, a cute water front cocktail lounge, played loud music until 11PM one of the nights……

“Listing was accurate for the booking.Hosts were very fast with communication. We had one issue at check in with the AC unit not functioning but the host was very responsive to the issue.Location was amazing! Very short walk across the street to the beach access. Very quiet area even on weekend nights!!!Will definitely consider booking again!”

“This was the perfect rental for our memorial day weekend beach trip. The building is directly on the beach so every day we could just walk downstairs and right onto the beach. The unit had plenty of beach chairs for us to use which was very nice, however I didn't see any beach towels to use (luckily we brought our own). The balcony has unobstructed ocean views and 4 chairs to sit and relax on. The rooms are big and as pictured. Everything was very clean. The building is also a short ( 5 min)……
