“This historic house is so cute! It's right off of the expressway so easy to get to. It is 2 blocks from the water and downtown area. There is the cutest coffee shop right around the corner. All of the houses in this neighborhood are breathtaking! The porch is so nice to sit on and take it all in! Host was amazing! ”

“We had a very relaxing stay at this home. Everything was there that you could have needed and we felt right at home. The beds were super comfortable and the home had lots of natural light which made the place so cheery.”

“The house was lovely and had everything we needed for our family of four. Three tvs and two toilets with room to spread out is great when traveling with kids. We were able to walk to the downtown area with ease. Lots of other area attractions were just a short drive. So many food and beverage options available!! The house itself was comfortable and safe. “We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this property. The photos did not truly show the beauty of the property. The patio and rose bushes are stunning. I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning and we ate dinnner on the patio most evenings. Little things made this stay special. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes as well as blankets and pillows. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to places to eat or even have food delivered. Heather was an attentive host. “This was our second time staying at the property and it was much better than the first. Improvements were made to the property. Only complaint is the deck because it slopes and was poorly built. The stairs are very dangerous. ”

“While the property is listed as new it appears to be a recent flip with moderate upgrades and touch ups. While I would not consider it as new, it’s clean and well maintained and a close safe walk to downtown. Our pets loved the fenced in yard. ”
