"We checked in and when we arrived to our room the bedding was in disarray and the room was not clean. I went back to the lobby and they did give us a new room in great condition and upgraded to a river view."

"This was a great house for our family but was clean with all the essentials available to us. We had a small issue arise with a mechanical problem and the host handled it quickly. Communication was prompt and friendly."
