“All I can say is the pictures are not at all accurate of the actual conditions of the property . I arrived to the property on Friday afternoon as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a dry dirt mop in the middle of the living room . The place was run down and looked as if no one had been there in a while . There was a film on the counter. all of the cabinets had dirt in them , there was debris and dirt all over the floor . “We were taking our college kid back to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy and this house was convenient - an easy 20 minute drive to Troy. The house is big with a good kitchen and an outdoor patio and large tree-shaded yard. We also took day trips to Albany and Saratoga which were easy trips from here. There’s a grocery store, wine and bottle shop and pizza and ice cream shops nearby. It’s secluded and quiet. ”
