“We had a two bedroom cottage. It was well stocked, clean, very spacious. Perfect for our family of four. ”

“We got to stay in the upgraded condos! They were beautiful! I had never stayed in the A and B side! Each of one of us had basically an apartment to ourselves. ”

“It was bigger than I expected and the bedrooms were separated from each other which I really appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed and the larger bedroom had its own TV which was convenient. The bed was hard and the mattress cover nearly non existent. The top sheet came off each time I moved around. Be prepared for a lack of Wi Fi and lack of cell reception. It was alittle dated but I would definitely stay here again. ”

“My family and i enjoyed our stay and know for sure we will be back. We like that we had a rest room in the unit rhat we stayed. The people working at the property were very nice. We do wish the air conditioner unit had been cleaned. It was moldy and dusty. And some of us have allergies to mold. Besides that we loved our stay.”

“I came down for the Harley Davidson weekend. Weather was great. Property was in a great location to everything, walking distance to the beach. Perfect one bedroom condo. ”

“Property could use a bit of power washing and some paint. Update to memory foam beds, update the appliances and it will be perfect.”

“We had a blast! The Lazy River was the most talked about and used amenity. Even though it was colder than what we planned we loved it at Rio Rodanthe. No reason to go anywhere else. We all had a fanastic time.”

“Hosts were very helpful, check in was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay very much. Beach was just steps away. Good Birding for Dad on the beach. Bodie lighthouse and Wright Memorial close by. Great location. Would stay here again. Arcade game was lots of fun. Cottage was stocked good with games and great books for a rainy day. Wish we could stay longer.”

“Nice place with fully stocked kitchen. Great location and price. Rooms could have better lighting for reading. Would lovecto stay there again.”

“Short walk to the beach to watch the sun rise and go back and watch the sun set over the bay. Baja restaurant is a stones throw away you can walk there for dinner.Its quiet the wildlife is great to watch you’re right on the water. It’s adorable inside everything you need. The owner was wonderful available for your needs any time! Definitely going back!”
