“Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. ”

“Great location, just steps from the beach. The house is well equipped with anything you might need and having a washer and dryer wads a huge bonus. Plenty of beach chairs and toys were included too. We would 100% rent again. ”

“This is the perfect rental- ocean block to take the dogs to the beach with us and very close drive to the boardwalk and shops. The home has everything and more that you could need. We have rented Angie’s cottage multiple times and intend to continue doing so. She is an excellent host! ”
