“Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. ”

“We spent a few days in March and had an amazing stay. The endless views of dolphins and pelicans from the balcony were incredible. We walked out onto the beach that connected directly with the beaches of Hatteras National Seashore and walked for miles. The condo itself was spotless and inviting. It was very peaceful and quiet. We can’t wait to book another trip here. ”

“The other reviews provide a clear overview with two exceptions:1) Arrival after dark is challenging. The signs are faded and not very reflective. We had to climb the stairs of the wrong building to know it was incorrect. This rental is in the building closest to the road. Park in the lot near the pool. “Unit was clean and in a great location. Unit had all things in it to provide for your stay. The only thing that renters should be aware of is the property description says it sleeps 6. There's 2 bedrooms which sleep but it looks like the sleeper sofa has been replaced .”

“Stayed at Durant Station before and love the location and condos. However i don't think our condo was cleaned. Sheets were stained so i washed them before use. Dust on ceiling fans, sand on the floors. Stuff on the bathroom faucet (hairspray?) and countertop. Luckily, I had disinfecting wipes so i cleaned surfaces. Wish I could have found a broom though. Location is awesome, views great, and pool was good. Bed and couches uncomfortable. Will book again - just another unit that has better reviews……

“I enjoy this campground. It is close to Hatteras Point, fishing, the ferry, shopping, and restaurants. The staff are superstars, so personal and professional. I highly recommend this campground.
